Alexandra - Market Lamb exhibitor for the 2020 CFISD Livestock Show. My name is Alexandra. Everyone knows me by my nickname, Lexi. I am a sophomore at Cypress Park High School. When I first came into this school last year I saw there was an FFA program. I decided that the FFA program would be something I would enjoy doing this year and years to come. The first activity I wanted to do was raise an animal. I wanted to raise rabbits, but when I was introduced to lambs my interest in lambs began. I chose my lamb on October 10, 2019 and names her Blanca. Her name is a Spanish word that mean the color white and Blanca is the perfect description for her. I have been attached since that October day; therefore it will be hard for me to say goodbye to my first lamb, Blanca.
